it suddenly hit me- i wanted a poodle skirt!
it took about 30 minuets. im getting good at skirt! XD
the chain can be taken off completely or moved around as needed (i have the top bow on my blouse)
the chain in black with silvery notches, the bows are pink with white dots.

this one is'nt a circle skirt, but if your interested in one i can look into the price.
we never had a 50's day, but one Halloween i went as a 50's girl and my mom made my costume and i REALLY wanted this exact appliqué and she said it was too much for a patch for a costume id only wear once so she just drew one on with fabric paint. i was so mad!
